What is Sea Coast Seniors?
Sea Coast Seniors is a free program designed to assist older adult homeowners and their family with late in life decisions through education and resources. Most come to us feeling overwhelmed. We help to create a simple plan based on a personal evaluation and help to implement the steps needed to reach the goal whatever that goal is.
Is Sea Coast Seniors a charity or non profit?
Sea Coast Seniors is more of a free service available to homeowners and their families. We are not an official non-profit and we don’t want to mislead anyone by claiming non-profit status. We keep it simple… We help and don’t charge.
What is the cost for your service?
TThere is no cost to become a Sea Coast Seniors VIP. Should the older adult or the family decide to sell the home, our “hope” is that we would be allowed to represent them with real estate services. Many homeowners have no plans to sell the home and that is fine with us. You will still be eligible for our program.
When is the best time to get in touch?

How do you get paid?
We do not receive any compensation for our Sea Coast Seniors services. Nor do we receive any referral fees from members of our resource team. We do specify that we work with senior homeowners and their families because it is our “hope” that after we earn your trust, should you decide to sell that you would consider allowing us to represent you in the sale.
Who is on your resource team?
Our resource team is comprised of highly skilled and like minded professionals. Our resource team is comprised of trust, probate and elder attorneys, fiduciaries, Insurance professionals, In home care professionals, senior community placement professionals, direct relationships with many of the senior communities large and small, financial advisors, conservatorships, house cleaners, repairmen, contractors, painters, lawn care, move management, organizers, estate sales, home staging and more.
